Experienced and trusted around the world, Dr. Robert Tanner, DDS graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX in 1988. Having a desire to understand and perfect the latest in general and cosmetic dentistry technology and techniques, he invests between 60 - 100 hours of continuing education and training each year at the best dental learning centers.

Even with all this skill, his passion is for you to have the least amount of dentistry done in your lifetime. He repeatedly says, “The best dentistry is no dentistry.” Therefore, his emphasis is primarily prevention and only after that, quality repair as needed.

Caring for families, watching them grow, and making a difference in their long-term oral health are what make Rob smile. Dr. Tanner applies a philosophy of listening, educating, and providing choices that enable clear communication and great patient results.

Taking his talents abroad, Dr. Tanner participates annually with various humanitarian organizations such as International Smile Power and Great Shape! Inc. to provide care in faraway places, including Honduras, Mexico, Jamaica, Bolivia, and Nicaragua.
